This website consists of a homepage, an imprint (/impressum) and this privacy policy (/datenschutz). It is designed to process as little personal data as possible:
- Apart from one technically necessary cookie that remembers your language choice, no cookies are set.
- No tracking or analytics services are used (no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixels).
- There are no contact forms, no comment function, no registration and no newsletter.
- No automated decision-making and no profiling take place.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.
When you access this website, the hosting provider processes server log files containing your IP address, the time of the request, the requested URL and the user agent. This is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable presentation of the website).
Data is transferred to the United States. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where legally required, uses standard contractual clauses or other appropriate legal mechanisms.
When the homepage is called without a language in the address, your country is derived from your IP address solely to select the initial language of the site (German, Bulgarian, Spanish or English). The country is not stored by us.
4. Fonts, images and videos
The fonts used on this website (Archivo and Inter Tight) are bundled with the website via next/font and delivered by our hosting provider together with the site. No fonts are loaded from Google servers.
All images and videos shown on this website are served by the same hosting provider as the website itself. No images, videos, maps or scripts from third-party providers are embedded.
5. Local browser storage
This website writes a single technical entry to your browser's session storage (key: am_intro_played, value: 1). Its only purpose is to prevent the intro animation from playing again within the same browser session.
- The entry contains no personal data.
- It is not transmitted to our server.
- It is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab.
Apart from the technically necessary “lang” cookie that remembers your language choice, no cookies are set and no other browser storage is used.

If you contact us by e-mail (krasimir.balakov@athlmng.com) or by phone, we process the information you provide in your inquiry in order to handle and respond to it.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries addressed to us.

The footer of this website contains a simple link to the website of the agency that created this site (www.salz-pfeffer.io). No content from that website is embedded. Data is only transferred when you click the link and are redirected to that website. From that point on, the privacy policy of the linked website applies.
